Toolee now runs the whole service. Bookings get a table automatically, orders go from the table to the kitchen, every dish sold updates your stock, and rosters, hours and the books live in the same place as your reservations.

Draw your room once. Online bookings only get times when a table (or joined tables) is free, and are assigned automatically. During service everyone sees who's seated, ordered or waiting for the bill — and seats walk-ins in one tap.
Rosters that build themselves
Set up shift templates and press Auto-schedule: Toolee fills the week with the right people, respecting contract hours, availability, leave, roles and rest rules. Open shifts and swaps are claimed and approved in the app.
Orders at the table, straight to the kitchen
Take orders on a phone or tablet, hold mains and fire them when it's time. The kitchen and bar see tickets with timers; when food is ready, the table lights up on the floor. Split the bill, add a tip, print the receipt.
Stock, cash and taxes — done

Getting started
No. If you can fill in a form, you can run Toolee. Your website is built from your business details and updates by itself when you change your menu, prices or opening hours.
Yes. Type your business name in the builder on this page and your website appears straight away, in your colours and the design you pick. You only pay when you want it online.
You set up your website, menu and opening hours yourself in the dashboard, at your own pace. Bookings work as soon as your website is live, and you can add your team whenever you like.
Website
Yes. Add your domain in the dashboard and we show you exactly which DNS record to set. SSL certificates are included and renew automatically. Old links from a previous website can be forwarded.
Anytime, in one click. Your texts, photos, menu and hours are stored separately from the design, so nothing gets lost.
Bookings & POS
Guests book on your website. Toolee checks your opening hours and capacity, sends confirmation emails and adds the guest to your customer list. Phone bookings you add by hand land in the same place.
Yes. Turn on table assignment and guests can only pick times when a table, or joined tables for bigger groups, is free. Each booking gets its table automatically, and you can move it on the floor view.
Yes, with Pro. Take orders per table, for takeaway or at the counter, send them to the kitchen and bar screens, split bills, take cash, card or other payments with tips, and print receipts with VAT per rate. You close the day with a cash count. Card payments run on your own PIN terminal and you record them in Toolee.
Yes, with Pro. Put a QR code on every table: guests scan it, see your menu with prices and photos, and send their order. You decide whether a waiter confirms it first or it goes straight to the kitchen screen. Guests can also call a waiter or ask for the bill.
Yes. Invoices include sequential numbering, your KvK and BTW numbers, VAT per rate and your IBAN, as the Belastingdienst requires.
Yes. Finance shows your sales per VAT rate from orders and invoices, the input VAT from your expenses, and the numbers for boxes 1a, 1b, 1e, 5a, 5b and 5c of the btw-aangifte, plus CSV exports for your accountant.

Yes. Every employee gets their own login to see their shifts, clock in and out, give availability, request leave or a swap, tick off checklists and chat with the team. Prefer a tablet at the door? Turn on the clock-in kiosk with a PIN per person.
Team includes up to 10 active employees. Pro includes 30; each extra employee is $6 a month, or ask us for a quote for a large team. Inactive employees don't count.
