Terms of service

By creating a Toolee account you agree to these terms.

Subscription

Toolee is billed monthly or yearly in advance via PayPal, or by invoice when agreed. Your website goes live once your plan is active. You can cancel at any time; the subscription then ends at the end of the paid period. Prices are excluding VAT.

Your content

You remain the owner of all content you upload. You are responsible for having the rights to the texts and images you publish.

Personal data

When you use Toolee to process personal data of your customers, you are the controller and Toolee is the processor. Our Data Processing Agreement is part of these terms. See our privacy policy for how we handle your own data.

Acceptable use

You may not use Toolee for illegal content, spam or to collect data without a legal basis.

Liability

Toolee is provided with care, but we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue due to downtime.
